About Aurora winery 
The history of Aurora begins in 1875, with the arrival of the immigrants from the north of Italy. Established in the South of Brazil, in Serra Gaúcha, where they found terroir and climate similar to those of their country of origin. Thus, the European habits and culture were not abandoned, and the old art of winemaking was soon recaptured.

巴西靈魂

隨著來自意大利北部的移民的到來，巴西靈魂的家族釀酒歷史始於1875年。酒莊位於巴西南部的塞拉高加（Serra Gaúcha），在那裡他們發現風土和氣候與原產國相似。歐洲的習慣和文化並沒有被拋棄，古老的釀酒技術被重新運用。
 

Tasting notes

Elaborated only with Merlot grapes, this is a very typical wine of this grape variety. Fruity with an essential fresh hint, it is soft in mouth and very pleasant.

Spaghetti alla Bolognese, codfish (tipical Portuguese fish), lamb, grilled red meat and medium cheese.
