About Aurora winery 
The history of Aurora begins in 1875, with the arrival of the immigrants from the north of Italy. Established in the South of Brazil, in Serra Gaúcha, where they found terroir and climate similar to those of their country of origin. Thus, the European habits and culture were not abandoned, and the old art of winemaking was soon recaptured.

巴西灵魂

随着来自意大利北部的移民的到来，巴西灵魂的家族酿酒历史始于1875年。酒庄位于巴西南部的塞拉高加（Serra Gaúcha），在那里他们发现风土和气候与原产国相似。欧洲的习惯和文化并没有被抛弃，古老的酿酒技术被重新运用。
 

Tasting notes

Elaborated only with Merlot grapes, this is a very typical wine of this grape variety. Fruity with an essential fresh hint, it is soft in mouth and very pleasant.

使用100%梅洛葡萄精心酿制，是该葡萄品种中非常典型的葡萄酒。果味丰富，带有清新的水果香气，入口顺滑。 

 

Suggested food pairing

Spaghetti alla Bolognese, codfish (tipical Portuguese fish), lamb, grilled red meat and medium cheese.
